Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Inference Loops ("we", "us") collects through inferenceloops.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Questions go to hello@inferenceloops.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you send the form on our contact page or email us, we receive what you give us: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your company, company size, Telegram or phone number, and your message.
• The fit assessment. Your answers are processed in your own browser. They are not sent to us unless you choose to include them when you contact us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on our English pages.
• We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Some older pages of this site, in Khmer and Polish, still load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when you open them.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to discuss and prepare work with you, and to keep a record of that conversation. We use technical data only to run and secure the website.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to run the website and handle email. Messages from our contact form are delivered to our team through Telegram. These providers process information on our behalf and may do so outside Cambodia. We share information with others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them longer by law.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@inferenceloops.com and we will reply.

Work we do for clients

When we work with your company's data as part of a project, that work is covered by a separate written agreement between us, not by this policy.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
